1. If your table has a simple shape marked with numbers 1 to 5 (on the right), we need the width and length of the table without leaves (if any).

2. For all other shapes: Please provide the manufacturer's name and the model number. If you do not have this info, please call us or fill up the inquiry form, and we will send you the tracing paper with instructions on making a template.
